Terrible customer service! Their "Manager," Dan, has the worst customer service EVER - or lack there of. The audacity to try and mislead my parents into a counter table contract is appalling. Do you feel proud trying to take these advantageous steps to create less work for you, on my parents who speak English as a second language? I will be contacting corporate. Give yourself a pat on the back Dan.
Paid to have a shed delivered today but Never showed. They Won’t work with me to get the remedy solved. Claimed their truck broke down-and now they won’t fix the issue for a week-doesn’t help since I took today off!

EVERY TIME we go to the Home Depot in Woodbury, you cannot find anyone to help you. If....big if, you find someone, it’s not their area & so they don’t know, & POINT to a place you may or may not find it; and we are both Handi-capped. When in the garden area two employees said they didn’t know where the mulch was we were looking for & just stood there instead of going to find someone who knew. waited over 20 minutes for 3 different workers to send someone over to toilets so I could get my questions answered and buy one, plus hire installation. Finally gave up. wasn't so busy they couldn't help either. asked for manager, the kid tried calling 1 of 4 working to no avail. see ya. Going to Mennards.
Not willing to stand by appliance installations if past 30 days! Even though they own the third party installer relationship they are will to lose a sale then have good customer service!
Witnessed a worker throw out a whole cart full of succulents! When I asked her why she said store policy! I asked why they didn’t just put them on clearance like everything else and she said they just don’t! I would have bought the whole cart if they would have put them on clearance! I can revive sad succulents for $1!
Ordered a fridge, stove and 2 microwaves. The stove was the wrong one. We called several times and had been transferred all over given different numbers to call and have left messages. No one called us back and given us no answers. We’ve been dealing with this for a month! Today Someone had the nerve to tell me I should’ve called sooner and they cannot help me. The associate we dealt with ordered a 30 inch instead of the 36 inch stove and now I’m stuck with it. Me and my company will not be getting anything from here again.
