waited over 20 minutes for 3 different workers to send someone over to toilets so I could get my questions answered and buy one, plus hire installation. Finally gave up. wasn't so busy they couldn't help either. asked for manager, the kid tried calling 1 of 4 working to no avail. see ya. Going to Mennards.
Not willing to stand by appliance installations if past 30 days! Even though they own the third party installer relationship they are will to lose a sale then have good customer service!
Witnessed a worker throw out a whole cart full of succulents! When I asked her why she said store policy! I asked why they didn’t just put them on clearance like everything else and she said they just don’t! I would have bought the whole cart if they would have put them on clearance! I can revive sad succulents for $1!
Ordered a fridge, stove and 2 microwaves. The stove was the wrong one. We called several times and had been transferred all over given different numbers to call and have left messages. No one called us back and given us no answers. We’ve been dealing with this for a month! Today Someone had the nerve to tell me I should’ve called sooner and they cannot help me. The associate we dealt with ordered a 30 inch instead of the 36 inch stove and now I’m stuck with it. Me and my company will not be getting anything from here again.

Ordered and paid in full. The order took a long time but finally got the installation set up - through some company I have never heard of. Installer confirmed install time 3 times on the day of install. Got a call just before 4:00 from installer that they were now not coming. I placed phone calls to the company that Home Depot contracts with and they were no help. In fact did not call me back twice. I will never recommend purchasing carpet through Home Depot to anyone. I am from Eau Claire WI and we do not have a Home Depot (for obvious reasons). My friend and I stopped to take a look at the bathroom vanities. Every single worker was so friendly, available to help and cheerful. We had my friend's small dog and all the workers stopped to see her when they passed. We ended up buying our vanity and saved $400 from our original Menards plan. Please let the workers know that were there before noon today how great we think they were.
