After being on "ignore" for over 20 minutes, AND finding out that the owner of Home Depot has endorsed Donald Trumpf, I will NEVER shop there again! It's been my go-to store for years, but specifically because of this ridiculous endorsement, you have lost my business! I will highly recommend to all my friends and family that they do the same.
Home Depot Santa Fe can be really bad! It took 2 hours to check out on a large dollar 40 item purchase. There were some errors made and as the workers tried to fix them the manager was not supportive of getting us out of the store quickly. At times the staff waited 15-20 minutes for signatures when the manager was 15 steps away. As we were leaving and talked with the manager about the awful service he complained that other people had waited 20 minutes. Well after I posted how good Lowes and Home Depot were in Santa Fe, NM about the military discount. They didn't give my husband his discount on Saturday. I will NOT be shopping here because of that!!!!
I can't speak for others but I get great service, they call me by my 1st name. Just have to have a bit of patience. And treat your clerk with respect.
I really like the mural at the Santa Fe Home Depot. An employee in the paint department shows off his talent. I took a photo, but I can't post the photo. Too bad.
