Hello, My name is Ramon Rios Jr and I've always love shopping at your store in NJ as well as New Mexico. But I could not believe what has happened in 1 of your stores. 10200 Coors Albuquerque NM , especially my health being categorized High Risk. I really hate whats going in this world of Covid 19. Home Depot has expanded self check-out, but there is no sanitizing done to clean the scanning wands that have been used by every other customer at these registers. Even worse, there is no hand sanitizer available. Somewhat egregious is that I still have to insert my credit card into the chip reader - where multiple cards have been inserted after being handled by their owners. Time to update to touch less checkout, Home Depot.
This store does not seem to realize masks save lives. Lots of people in Santa Fe store walking around without masks on! Terrible . Home Depot should require masks in all their stores!!! Shameful

ordered a sliding glass door on line. supposedly here. waited for 2 hours and did not find my order. I have spent over$1500 on this project. And now I can't complete i The manager ignored me. Not at all happy. Lorri was the only person trying to resolve.
I’ve been in Home Depot 3 times in the last week. Each trip I found multiple employees NOT wearing their masks or improperly wearing their masks. I would think that Santa Fe’s biggest retailer would do a better job of protecting their employees and the public during this health crisis. I won’t be going back any time soon.
THEY COULD STOP PRICE GOUGING during the Pandemic, for one!
Had a cart with tools and electrical item got to the checkout and only self checkouts. I won't use self checkouts hope they had fun putting the items back!!
