Their floor staff are OK, but the Product Managers - particularly Appliances are un-cooperative. I would recommend buying appliances elsewhere

Tried callimg the santa fe, new mexico home depot 8 times they transfer you then hang up. I asked for a window, and the girl said, we dont have anyone by that name, so stupid. lowes is better dont shop home depot.

They did not want to give a discount because the Military ID did not have service connected on it. All Honorably Served Military ID should be honored for a discount. Very disapointed with Home Depot.
Home Depot has recently implemented HIGH SECURITY at their stores. Guards stationed at the entrance & exit to monitor customers (ala Walmart). It's an invasion of privacy and I won't be coming back.
