I have shopped for the last time at Home Depot Santa Fe. Wasting my time and being stopped after purchasing items at the door yo check security again is totally customer Un-Friendly!
No one will ever answer the phone here. Everyone who works here is a bored teenager who is making minimum wage and acts like. I've called this store several times in the last few days regarding a $1,000 + appliance order that was screwed up on Home Depot's end. Each time I am promised a manager will call me back TODAY and for days NO one has called me back...on a $1,000 plus order and I run a business who has to buy $5,000 worth of appliances at least per year. Lowe's might charge more at times but at least you don't wait for an hour to get a price check only for the cashier that was helping you decide she's going on break.
I usually shop at Lowe's for a reason. It shouldn't take an hour to get a pallet of concrete. On the bright side the price of a pallet of concrete is awesome.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. Underneath your tile prices are installation prices of $3.59/sqft. We purchased your tile and then paid $50 for a measurement and received a quote of $17.50/sqft. This is blatant false advertising and terrible business practices. You've wasted a lot of our time and needless to say, we want our money back.
