I have never encountered anyone as rude as the young lady I believe named Heather, in the garden center at your store. She was rude and confrontational and acted like we were dumb because we had asked for assistance putting a tree stand on our tree. I guess that's why Lowe's will get our business back next year. And when I called and spoke to Joseph, the manager, I guess he wasn't very concerned at all. He did not even ask my name, a contact number or anything. Every time I enter this store I have associates greet me and ask if I need assistance. This is the best Home Depot I have ever been in. It's a pleasure to have such wonderful costumer service.
