Please explain why you have a sign requiring masks for all customers but don’t enforce it? What’s the point of the sign? In Indiana we don’t have lots of unmasked people walking around the store. I understand those who can’t - but majority of shoppers weren’t wearing masks. Also there was staff wearing around their chin, kind of pointless too.
I had the worse experience with delivery from Home Depot yesterday. I have been told it's a third party however, I think that HD is still the ultimate responsible party. I received a phone call and after I said hello...the person immediately said....where you at...since I had no idea who it was I asked....who is this?.....then the person said.....didn't you order something from Home Depot...these people gave me this address and I can't find it...this was said in a really non professional voice and I assumed the person was up... read more
RecommendedIt’s a nice store and that’s the one I use.
not practicing social distancing no masks or gloves. rude employees. Dont care about your safety just want to line their pockets. Will not go back.
I have had great service with delivery of my appliances and service
i had the worst customer service experience ever. one they had me waiting 40 minutescfor a representative to assist me then they didnt honor my military discount after i was told they would.
the store is fine just dont do my online order and pickup from store. I did an order about 730am and got a notice it was ready at 9am, so after I got off work, it was around 4pm went up there to get my order, was fence posts, they couldn't find it and said someone would pull it, waited about 15-20 mins. no order so walked back to the customer service desk and got refund. next time ill just get the wood myself.
