Poor customer service employees lack of knowledge on policies has left me feeling taken advantage of and robbed think I will be taking all of my home repair projects else ware depending on how corporate handles the issue
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Bought a $2,000 shed only to be delivered 3 weeks later! Literally dumped off of a truck by one guy! Damaged and mangled, only to be told... we'll pick it up and refund you money!!!!! WTH. No apologies, No resolution, No nothing!!!! This isn't the end of this!
This place is the worst there is about 5 or 6 people that will help the rest should all be fired!!!
The floor rep really seem like he had more important things to do than to help me. Buying a pallet of concrete and he had to get a forklift to get it from the top shelf and he was like not wanting to....
I'm standing here now watching my 62 year old husband loss 16. 2x4x8. 28. 2c6x12. 4 2x4x12. And 10 1x6x8. 6 young men walked by. Orange vest on not one stopped and asked do you need some help with that. NOT A SINGLE ONE. WE COME HETE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK REDOING A LAKE HOUSE. I ASK
Thank you for all the hard work on the kids workshop. I love that you still do this to encourage the kids to use their hands to build things.
