I just came to the store and was treated like dirt by the Hispanic lady at the pro desk. My client and I have personally spent thousands of dollars in Home Depot‘s throughout various locations in the Houston area over the last three months and she proceeded to tell me that she my client was not registered in Home Depot‘s system and that I could not do a phone sale. Had the worst service at Home Depot. I tried getting my blinds from them. Started the process November 16. It is now January 16 blinds are still there. Tried complaining to manager, asked to speak to her 4x and she never called me. This has to be the worst service I have ever gotten. Will never go to Home Depot or recommend to anyone. You rather pay a little bit more and get what you want instead of running around for 2 months

First off, I came from the Brandon,Ms Home Depot 2907!! We are here for the disaster relief!! Have been 3 stores since we arrived on Friday 9/1.. I have enjoyed coming into this store and working w with ALL of the ASSOCIATES!! I have met alot of new people and it is always great to work with new people and help them when when they need!! I would say y'all have a great team working here.. I would come back and help out anytime!! Thank you for allowing us to come in and help!!
