Bought a $ area rug,10 x 16. Thought it would come shipped rolled. No, in their trying to save a buck, they shipped it folded. Ever tryo get a fold crease out of a rug? Cheap as hell. Never will do that again.

Blonde employee in paint department was one of the rudest employees I’ve encountered anywhere. After waiting for 10 minutes and her looking at me and walking past multiple times and watching her play on her phone I finally asked if she could help me. After making the paint she slammed it on the counter and walked away without even looking at me or saying a word. There was a clear problem there and she was absolutely miserable.

Do not by carpet at Home Depot. After getting our house ready for carpet, two older men showed up driving a van with a handicapped placard on it. Both men struggled to walk. Both had long unkept beards and ragged clothing (old hippies). The walked through the house, the when out to there vans without speaking. After 45 minutes at the van they left. I called Home Depot and they said the installers said the house wasn't ready, there were books on a book shelf in one bedroom. These guys had no plans to install carpet when the a... read more
