Having a lumber department any person going there to purchase wood would think that there would be someone to assist with loading. That is NOT the case! At checkout I had asked for assistance loading 6-4x6x12 8-2x10x8 4-2x10x12 After waiting for 25min my sister and I loaded everything and no one ever came out! I would recommend anyone who is purchasing large amounts of lumber... have it delivered! Or expect to load it yourself!
Went to buy a specific Honda Lawn mower. They had one on the shelf they took down for me. (Very friendly staff) I waited for about a half an hour for them to find keys, manual and oil (I know this because I bought one from the Western Hills Home Depot I had to return an hour later because it was defective). They never did locate the keys, oil, or manual so I left. How do you lose the keys to a $500 lawn mower? Very friendly staff, however quite unorganized. I have been delivering to Home Depot and their competitors for about 12 years and until the visit to this store I have never had a manager unload my truck. Usually they make you sit until someone else can get to you. Cudos to this kind of service.
Love it!! They are so much better than their competition for the best prices.
I love shopping at Home Depot! The employees are always so willing to help and I have always been able to find what I need there. Yesterday I attended my first kids workshop with my grandson. Everyone was amazing! We'll be sure to attend future workshops!
