Made a purchase on 3 July. Said it would be delivered on 27 July. Deliver didn't happen. After playing the obligatory phone circus at this store I finally got a manager to say delivery on September 15. Manager also had about 100 reasons why it wasn't their fault. he blamed the manufacturer. But, I entered into an agreement with this The Home Depot not a manufacturer. I asked for a refund. Last year we purchased a floor model refrigerator. When we came to pick it up, the 100lb. girl you had bringing it to the door dropped it face first off the dolly. Your manager still wanted us to take it. A $2,000 refrigerator that had been dropped. No discount, nothing, just take it and if something is wrong file a warranty claim. My family will NEVER shop at this Home Depot location again. This morning my husband woke up bright and early to go to this location and pick up his in-store pickup order. When he arrived he attempted to call the store for 20 minutes to let them know he was there and no one ever answered the phone (there were many other people waiting as well). I ordered brown decorative stones off the internet, order number: W942524532. Per the picture they are brown decorative stones! The person I paid to put these down picked them up and installed. To my surprise, I now have common gray gravels as the landscaping. This is not acceptable!
