Avoid the Cold Spring Home Depot at all costs for any major purchases (in our case, appliances). I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. They originally delivered a badly damaged refrigerator and suggested they keep all of our appliances to deliver together once they were able to order a new fridge (2 weeks later). Today they showed up with only the fridge, stating they have instructions for all 4 of the appliances we ordered but for some reason only the refrigerator is on the truck so they had to resc... read more
