I would like to know who the genius was that thought that getting rid of cashiers was a good idea? I was just there yesterday and had to check out at the self checkout lanes. This just does not work at a hardware store. It is also so impersonal. It's hard enough to get help sometimes, but when I checkout with items that require the knowledge of an associate I know have to wait for the cashier that is now handling 4 registers. I hope this is only a temporary thing. Have all the Home Depots gone to this?
My daughter and I were at the store this evening and had to exchange a few thing. I checking out at the customer service desk and the two workers at the desk said would u like this bear for your daughter. It was a huge pink bear that was givin to her. I couldn't be happier. As money has been tight and the bear was a wonderful gift for her with Christmas being so soon. Thank you for the bear and a Christmas present for my daughter she loves it!
It will be a cold day in HADES or the last option available in the greater Cincinnati area, before I will shop for an appliance in the Milford store. They made no attempt to check on same day delivery .... As a result they lost a $1000 sale to a competitor, and recommendations from me to friends and family to shop their store. They need to provide "Customer Service" training to their sales staff in the Appliances section.
I know this is long but please read and share. This is what I have been dealing with since February... Some people do not know this but when you blow insulation you must blow to the edge of the attic floor and use what is called baffles to provide adequate ventilation.
