Jason in plumbing - extremely helpful, with his help I was able to install a sink in my bathroom by myself. He took the time to make sure I had everything I needed including the adaptor sleeves to run from metal line into the plastic drain. He explained how everything fit together and issues I should watch for and what to do in case I found them. I very much appreciate him taking the time to walk me thru things and I will deff. be returning to this location for my home improvement needs.
No one will help me workers get mad if i ask them for help waiting 2 hours for help
I was looking for an off-season item and several other HDs that according to online had it, told me they didn't, bc it was probably difficult to get to. Well, this location admitted having the sought-after exhaust fan, and even thought it was a heck of trouble to get to, they pulled out a cherry picker, gassed it up and got it for me. And were kind and funny throughout the process. Really great people and service.
We go up for the kids workshops each month, and Zack and Justin are just great with the kids! They call them by name, they're always willing to help them out, I have pictures of them just sitting by the kids working with them, my kids just adore them!! Thanks for being so awesome!!

Blew me away today.....walked in at 11:30 am to get a new water heater. Installer left our house at 2:30! 3 hours from walking in the door to hot water in my house !!!!!!!!! Way above my expectations. Thanks!
Home Depot in Milford- I have to say this by far the best one we have been to. We had multiple people not only help us but cared enough to make sure they went above and beyond just retail customer service. From returns at customer service with Angel, to understanding an exhaust fan with Jeff. I believe they wanted to make our experience the best. Thank you and we will definitely be back.
