Ordered a Hampton Bay fire pit conversation outfit because the store didn’t have it in stock. It was supposed to be a fire pit table and 4 swivel rocking chairs. When it was delivered to our house we only received 2 out of 3 cartons- the table was missing. Went ahead and opened the chair cartons and found we were missing parts to assemble 2 chairs. that was the worst customer service I have ever received. i asked a question and they would turn and walk away. like I was not their. I send way too much money there to be treated like that. And NO I will not shop their on-line either. Done!
They discriminate against people with disabilities.
We rented a Split Seeder from Home Depot. Could not get it to work, we called then and was on the phone for 25 minutes. Took it back, and they still charged us. Don’t shop home depot! Now we have to file an official complaint with the corporate office and dispute the charges on our credit card. Not happy!! Do you not rent from Home Depot
Terrible!! Bought a new dishwasher from them. Were required to buy the parts and have them here for installation. Did so. Were told there there is a PVC pipe that another plumber will be required to deal with for installation, but at no extra cost (per Home Depot here at our house). Told they would call today to set appt. Did NOT. We called them. They said it would be at a cost to us despite no notice of this in any small print ANYWHERE. We said we would just like to return.
