When I have to call a manager to get someone to load a trailer full of treated lumber with the forklift because the little backwards hat wearing douche bag working in lumber expected me to use a cart... no I won't be back. Took an hour from checkout to being loaded
Has gone downhill since December 2016. 3 time I have left the store and gone to Lowe's due to horrendous customer service. Employees don't show up when requested (I seriously waited over 15 min). They act like you are interrupting if you ask questions. Went in today to get a specific tote. The lids directly above we're all busted but there were more on a higher shelf. They have everything! Also very good customer service, I really love it!
Horrible service, employees acted like i was bothering them while trying to buy a dish washer. I went to lowe's and bought one. I was asked about 20 times if i needed help while i was at Lowe's.
The store manager Christopher Pace is a scumbag and not honest at all
