This store is a damn high school. Employees care more about gossiping than the customers standing right in front of them. I waited fifteen minutes and had multiple people called to the paint counter and when the young man (arm in sling, didn’t catch his name) finally made it to help us and gets the paint mixing and we were about to ask about other finishes etc then he just turns around and starts talking with another employee (short haired woman, not that that helps..) where she proceeds to talk about hot chicks at her gym a... read more
I didn't appreciate HD sending a sick delivery man to deliver a washing machine. Now I'm fighting a scratchy throat.
We go to Home Depot for everything. Well not anymore. My boyfriend waited for AN HOUR for someone to come and cut a small piece of wood for him. I had to call the store twice and ask them to please get someone to go and cut it because customers are not allowed to use the saw. I could hear the lady over the speaker asking someone to go to that department. 10 minutes later and no one came yet.
