I was looking to buy a special order door because you don't stock the size I need. I spoke to Bill in the carpet department and asked if he could find us someone to help price and order the door. Bill called multiple different people and the guy that was suppose to be working in the department numerous time and got no answer. Another gentleman at the desk with Bill tried to assist us but was able to because he could not log into the correct system for doors. I've been waiting for 3 hours for one of your contractors to install a front door. The first time I call I was transferred between 3 different people. I was promised I'd get a call from the contractor but never did. Then called again an hour later, and again no one had any answers for me. We were planning on using you to install a new kitchen floor, but not anymore.

I just want to send a thank you to the ladies that were managing the fire truck build today. We take our kids to these builds regularly, but today our son had a hard time. Today there was a fire truck, and at first our son was very excited. When they let the kids sound the siren though, he started getting upset. He has Sensory Processing Disorder, and certain loud noises physically hurt him. This is the worst Home Depot the employee's are lazy act like you bothering them is you ask them a question. Very very poor customer service. I will be taking my business to Lowe's! The staff needs retrained or fired!
