Horrible support from Home Depot. Spent $2000 on a new washer and dryer and scheduled delivery a week ago for today. No call yesterday to give me a time window. I called today and I was told that the items were not at the delivery company location to be delivered. They need to reschedule next Tuesday or Wednesday. The delivery company called me and said the truck has been delayed and LG the manufacturer would call me to reschedule. LG calls and they said they can’t deliver it until next Friday. I ve been in 3 dozenn home depots in the country, and the worst kept store is in the neighborhood where i live Breaks my heart
I had an appointment for a dishwasher installation between 2-6 pm. The tech called me to inform me he would be late, which was frustrating but what can you do? When he arrived, he assessed the situation and determined he couldn't complete the installation because my plumber had moved the dishwasher line to a splitter. He called my plumber just to clarify his diagnosis and make sure he was right.
