Went to the Ridge Avenue Store this morning...There were two employees standing there and I had a question they said they were cashiers and could not help me...instead of paging someone for me I had to go FIND someone to help me. Go to register and there were two cashiers we were taken care of but one person was in the line for the other cashier and all of a sudden he turned his light off and left...then he came back in 5 mins and turned his light back on....We all just looked at one another and said What...my gosh what happ... read more
Place is the worst. They do not pick up the phone. I have spent hours trying to get someone on the line. SAD! SAD! SAD! Something needs to be done about this store. It's hurting the overall BRAND...
I ordered carpet from this store and all of it was cut short when we went to install. They are now making me drive the carpet back to the store so they can measure them they will refund; but then to get more carpet I have to drive to a totally different location. So they charged me for product they didn’t give me and then expect me to drive all over the place to fix it.
They were rude to an older relative of mine at this home depot. Customer service skills are clearly needed
I just want to say the team at your Ridge location in Cincinnati, OH is AMAZING! I've been building a recording studio and they always take care of me while also taking their time as they do. Scotty, Vickie and Jamar, thank you guys!
Sorry to bother you this morning. Thankfully there was a Lowe's around the corner that didn't mind helping me with my $220 purchase.
