Hopefully you know what you want and don’t need help. Everyone just stands around and does nothing. They also have so much sitting in isleways that it makes it hard to maneuver a basic shopping cart or even walk around.
No One will help me, I placed an order online and now I am being told they have my money but I am not getting the product!
During this Covid 19 time. I have not gone out much and I also lost both my jobs. One day I ventured out to the Home Depot on Highland Ave. I wore Two masks. My friend also wore and mask. We both wore gloves. Not one single employee wore a mask. Not one. When I checked out. I should have just walked out. I asked the woman at check out why none of them wore masks?? She told me they didn’t have too. Wrong Answer. I will never shop there again. Also calling the HD Headquarters to tell them.
If you want everything stolen out of your truck go here. They will be able to identify the color of the thief’s skin and car, but that’s it.
It is a very large hassle to try to order, measure and install custom blinds for windows here, at least in my experience.
They have everything you need.
Loyal Home Depot customer for years (husband a former employee). Just moved to the area and can’t wait to paint the new house. Went to the paint department and ready to purchase and didn’t even get a GLANCE for a solid ten minutes of waiting. Walked out without purchasing anything. Absolutely horrendous customer service
This particular home depot has the best DIY educators I have ever encountered. Jeanne Middleton is very helpful and knowledgeable using the tools and she takes the time to explain the "whys" as well as the "how to". Because of her I have purchased a lot of the power tools we use bc I have the confidence to use them at home. I drive 20-30 to take the classes from her as opposed to driving 10 min from my home to the one on Colerain Avenue. Good service is better than close distance any day in my book.
