They don’t disclose to their employees when a coworker tests positive for COVID-19, and they definitely don’t do any cleaning for it either which means countless people are potentially getting infected. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Asked HOME DEPOT to come out and measure my floor, they came out called me at 9:13 I returned her phone call at 9:15 to come in an measure no answer so I called back of the course of 10 minutes while she was sitting in the drive way. I walk in and call again no answer walk out side and noticed they left completely and they 40 minutes later I finally get a text letting me know she's not coming out she's already on her way to Cincinnati? I will not shop in stores where employees don’t wear face masks. Several workers were also NOT adhering to safe social distancing of six feet either. These two factors are too risky for me.

I have bought so much in the last year from this store, and have had good customer service and easy returns/exchanges. Today I had excellent customer service from Troy, who helped me purchase a leaf blower and a cordless string trimmer and other items. Also Phyllis at customer service was very helpful in trying to open a charge for me. Even after the computer went down she still gave me the $50 off I would have gotten for opening the charge. Very nice!
Home Depot workers are normally the best! If they don't have the answer, they'll find an associate that does!
So far EVERY piece of lawn equipment i have purchased from this location has been defective, and the lovely people behind the counter always offer to "send it out for repairs" but who the hell has 4-6 weeks to wait on a possible fix? I guess i should have known better than to get equipment from a large box store, lesson learned.
