I wanted to that George and Sonja at Home Depot. As an educator on a tight budget, they went the extra mile to help me get the items I needed to help build a vegetable garden for our school. It is refreshing to have people and a big business invest a little extra into education when everyone else is cutting our budget. Thank you for making a teacher’s day!
Bought appliances on a Black Friday deal they said it wouldn't be able to be delivered till the 5th then they said it wouldn't be delivered till the 8th then I called and they said it'll be there on the 9th now they're saying that 13th, they really don't have it together and don't expect your appliances to come when they say and all you will get is excuses.
We have been renovating a house for a few weeks now, we’ve run into some bumps and issues, everyone at Home Depot on Mobile Hwy has been extremely helpful, but today a woman at customer service went above and beyond. We bought a shower install kit, simple double knob and shower arm/head... we assembled everything with minimal issues, self explanatory, so we thought. We put the cement board up and began tiling... We bought a John Deere riding mower($1500) expecting the white glove service. What we got was a really nice delivery guy with a flat bed truck and a fork lift. We had to ask for the free utility cart to also be delivered. The utility cart was rusty, dirty, web covered and filthy. I took back to store to exchange--no problems got new one I assembled in a box. Evidently, the assembly guys are gone by 3 and don't work weekends. White glove service--no body knows what it is nor helpful with getting it. I spent $3k in this store ... read more
I have been an avid shopper for years. Today I went in to buy a kitchen faucet with two friends. We asked a female employee for help to get info on some of the faucets; she said she would send someone; but no one ever came. I won't shop there again. There were employees all over the store; standing around and NOT HELPING ANYONE!! Even though I bought a $200 faucet and a $17 pack of paper towels; that is the last time; I am done. This store has really changed!!
Still battling with Tuff Shed after months of partial completion ... Would love a refund ... We could have bought the base model and done the work better and faster. It's hard to paint and put on a roof in the dark.
