How can you run a store with no one AT ALL answering the phone? And the very minimum people on the floor?
We had great service from Keith and CJ when buying our Christmas tree on Wednesday. They were so friendly and helpful. We tried to tip them but they refused. They displayed real Christmas spirit!

I ordered a refrigerator suppose to be delivered waited all day driver calls at 7:45 to tell me not going to make it. Tells me they have to reschedule. The numbers he gave me no one answers and no voicemail. Memorial Day Weekend and no refrigerator. Now they are telling me not till a week later totally not buying from Home Depot ever again...
