They need to start enforcing the trailer parking. Tired of having to walk across the parking lot with a cart full of wood.
I called Home Depot and the phone rang for at least 10 minutes in the cabinet department with no answer. I know that lately when I go in there I can’t seem to get any help it’s not the way it used to be.
The customer service here is wonderful. Highly recommended.
I rented the pick-up truck and left my car at the mobile hwy location. When I returned there was a looooooong white scuff mark on it. The manager (I can't remember if his name🤷🏾)was notified and I showed him the mark. He went out of his way to help me. His kindness is appreciated.
Having appliances in stock, get rid of the cryptic signage that looks unprofessional. I cannot believe HD had NO dishwashers at all in stock. Customer service representatives could use a service talk on customer service. I know the loss of my $1100 isn't going to hurt your business. Lowes won a customer tonight.
