Just left there a few minutes ago after trying to make a payment on my Home Depot card and experienced the worst customer service at the Customer Service desk. The irony! Thank you Connie for making my 1st trip to your store a not so memorable one. Hopefully the email sent to your corporate office will initiate more thorough training on how to treat customers the correct way. Good luck.
