I will NEVER purchase anything from here again. The paint department has my paint color saved. I called and had a can of it made up. When I get there the guy says oh yes Amber here’s your paint. Ok. It was gray so I didn’t think twice. I paid someone $150 to paint my kitchen this color for it to be the WRONG PAINT. Just to make sure I called and had them read the paint they have saved for me “solitary something” what did the guy give me ? A can of “stargaze” I was in tears. It was an awful blue gray. Maybe the manager could offer to help my 7 month pregnant self get $1500+ in lumber down since all his employees were “too busy”. Obviously they weren’t too busy he just didn’t want to ask because as soon as I started doing it myself employees came over to help. Aaron, Paul, Charlie, Alex & Cody we’re very helpful. Cody went above and beyond to take care of me. He helped me get everything I needed even though it wasn’t his area. THANK GOD FOR CODY! Dear Sir/Madam, May 5,2020 my daughter was in your store picking up a receipt for her employer from your Customer Service. She was disturbed that customers were not keeping “social distancing,” no employees were wearing masks, and no one was using hand sanitizers between serving customers. To make this even more disturbing, the employee named Vicky was putting her finger in her mouth (at least 3 times) and using the phone. So you have on line ordering then have people stand in line shoulder to shoulder to get in the door to get to the service desk. I am a contractor and sure as hell have better things to do then stand in line. I go here because of convenience. Supply houses and a drive are now better then you. Beyond stupid. Put a pick up register outside or have a number to call when someone gets there.

Shame on you for claiming to honor veterans by offering a discount then refusing to accept the state veteran designation on a driver’s license. People don’t carry their DD214 with them, but that’s what the state required to prove the veteran status.

Ceramic tile on salesflooe marked down. Manager refused to sell to me because he's throwing it out. He claims employee error, he should've thrown it out! Unbelievable, I run my personal and professional employer out of Home Depot ... or did. When I asked how an employee error is my fault, it doesn't matter. Way to go manager Ron. You lost Home Depot about 15k per month!!
