Went to exchange a propane tank... great customer service at the register. Was told to go wait out by the tanks, I did for 20 mins before goimg back in to ask where the associate was to get my tank. Then the guy ask me if i wanted him to get someone to help me?!?! Umm.... yes please

I just want to thank your Appliance Specialist, Rob James, for his exceptional service last night. He went above and beyond to help my husband and me order a custom-sized stovetop last night. He answered all of our questions and clearly knew what he was talking about. I am thankful that the employee at Lowes was so unconcerned with our needs that we decided to head to Home Depot. You will be our first stop going forward. FABULOUS customer service!
Home Depot is my "go to" place for almost everything which my Pro account will show. I just wish there would b more rewards for those of us that are loyal customers. I appreciate the discounts I get on drywall or when I spend over$1500 but there are countless times I spend a couple hundred dollars w/ no rewards. Maybe once a customer hits certain levels of spending they should receive discounted rates.
Overall store is good. Cashiers are friendly and quick. Paint department is a totally different story - On my last visit a few weeks ago Melissa was rude and cared more about getting her Dunkin order right and talking to her friends then taking my order. She mixed the wrong color (the one above the one I chose on the sample). Unfortunately I didn't notice until getting home so now I have 4 gallons of paint I can't use or return.
