I wouldn't go to Home Depot fit all the $$,in the world We called the Johnson City NY at 10:45 on 5/3 and received the worst customer service. We wanted to order a Nail Gun and pick it up later today. We were complying with the Social Distancing rules. We wanted to confirm this particular brand was in stock. The customer service person could not be bothered to look. person was extremely rude. We had a much better experience at Lowe's. HD You lost 2 customers
JOhnson City store, Friday, went to the main door to go in and a woman SCREAMED AT the top of her lungs Do NOT GO INTO THE STORE you are not at the end of the line of others waiting to go in, I am elderly , blind in my right eye and poor vision in my good eye I looked up, a line to garden center so I left. I AM A CUSTOMER I do not deserve to go to your HD , be screamed at like that I DESERVE BETTER! First I am handi caped, second a human being nobody screams at me . They could have workers who are polite and helpful...not nasty and rude.
all their employees are mentally retarded nobody knows nothing you can go to a cash register and cash out today and tomorrow you have to go to the customer service desk because the cashier doesn't know how to do her job the worst store in the world to go to. Home Depot is now my favorite store! Everyone's generally helpful and friendly but Gene in the paint department truly has gone above and beyond. I was trying to choose between so many color choices and he took the time and interest to suggest an option I wouldn't have even considered and even went as far to custom create color samples for me. Yes in a world with a million paint colors apparently I needed to create a new color lol! Well that color ended up being my new kitchen color and everyone who sees it compliments me on ... read more
