Stopped by the small pool supply section outside and Gail decided to talk to some lady about her personal life instead of bothering with us. After 8 to 10 minutes I interrupted to get no answer. I went inside to customer service/returns counter to ask the question and the guy working the counter decided to let two separate groups ahead of us budge. It took 30 seconds to pay for our she'd and 30 + minutes to find someone to help us get it. Very unhappy.
I was given a Ryobi Days Sale Flyer in the store but you can’t actually buy the items in the flyer, they are not available.
Wanted to buy wainscoting and needed it cut. Customer Associate names Troy came to help us. Was very impressed with his willingness to help, his attention to detail and his respectful and kind manner. He cut several boards for us. He measured twice and cut them all perfect on the first try. Service like he provided is the reason I’ll go back. Other home improvement stores in the area told us they wouldn’t cut wainscoting because it’s too messy. Thank you again, Troy, your kindness and excellent assistance meant a lot.
Would highly recommend for anything from a simple diy project all the way up to large and intricate building projects. Everyone is pleasant and very knowledgeable.
I stopped there on my way home from work to see what flowers they had to offer. I was checking out and the sky opened up (really)isn't that a surprise. Anyway this man who worked there came up to me and put an umbrella over my head and walked me to my car and put the flowers in the trunk. Such a pleasant surprise
Not the floor staff's I issue, but never enough people to help.
Extremely nice people. Helped me save over a hundred dollars. ...
My fellow Facebook friends: Please remember this photo the next time you are heading to the Home Depot. Remember how they TRULY feel about our country and the wonderful opportunities it has afforded the men and women (like this girl!) throughout history. And, when you realize just how they view our country, then just TURN AROUND and go to Lowe's!!!!!!
