Purchased carpet and padding from HD to be installed. They subcontracted my install to American Carpet South in Binghamton. They showed up 2 hours late with an attitude, never did the job! HD said they have no control over it and would have someone else out but not today. My whole house is upside down from moving furniture out of my livingroom and off my staircase landings only to move it all back for nothing. I requested my $1900 back and will be looking elsewhere.
Bought a fridge that didn't work, 3 WEEKS LATER, delivered a new one, that does NOT work, and now, after a month of no working fridge, there is no end in site. Apparently, the "48 hr return policy" on large appliances just means you have 48 hours to begin a nightmare process where phone calls get you nowhere and you don't get a working appliance.
My mother in law couldn’t find anyone to help her at the store today. She went to the paint desk and asked if the attendant could call someone to help her in electrical and all he said was no. He was not helping anyone else at the time. Why could he not help her? If there is a policy or something I am unaware of then I can understand but this seems like poor customer service.
Home Depot in Johnson City has the best employees always willing to help Mike York is the best always willing to help me with anything I need. Even though it's not in his department he always takes me to the islet to what I'm looking for.
Home Depot is the best! The kids workshop is amazing!!! Employees are great as well . We all love this store!
Every time we stop at the Home Depot, we are reminded why we drive past Lowe’s to get to it... we have had such great customer service and recommendations by the employees - in particular Jay and Josh in the kitchen and bath area and the many folks in the flooring area who always know what they’re talking about! For a “chain store”, it has a great small town feel!
I really enjoy their DIH projects. They make something new the third Thursday of every month.
