We came here after leaving the Pecos location where we received terrible service. Calvin took care of us and made sure to answer all of our questions. Thank you Calvin for the wonderful service.
The building workshops for the kids are Awesome! All the kids were having a great time and parents!
They sold me something other than concrete sheets that I said I needed and it was damaged. Heading to the store to see if thy will resolve this. Not a happy camper.
Now because your employees don't know how to do their jobs and update your inventory I not only don't have a christmas present but you've charged my credit card for something that you don't have but said you had 4 of and I won't get that money put back on my card till after christmas.
I love it....staff friendly and knowledgeable for each department...never a problem...
I love this store....been shopping here since 15 years.....not perfect, but it's my store period!!!
I walked out to find 2 employees and a crazy lady standing around my van showing concern about the temperature if my van with my dogs. The employees could have called me or paged me in store but let crazy lady put her hands on my car to look into a running car and caused my dogs to get upset.. Instead of handling the situation they made it worse. Infact, allowed women to verbally abusive to me!
