When is procedure more important than customer service? When something goes wrong with it is still under warranty. I am done with Home Depot. Too many other options.
The customer service at this location when things go wrong is flat out non-existent. We ordered custom doors on 11/7 and were told they would be in in 10 days. The night before they arrived, we cut a giant hole in the side of our house to accommodate two sets of french doors.. only to be told they werent coming (we never got a call and found out after we called to check two days later). Over 30 days later, we have no doors still because the ones that arrived were wrong and we were offered free plywood to cover the holes whil... read more
