I was helping my mom pick out a new thermostat when another customer near us knocked over a display of foam insulation. One can broke and started spaying foam everywhere. Some got on my moms skin and in her hair. The staff was more concerned about cleaning up the aisle than making sure the customers weren’t harmed by the toxic chemicals. Employees are beyond rude if you ask anyone for anything it’s not their department and they walk away it’s sad cordiality is out the window
Very disappointed in Home Depot. First they gave me a 10 percent off coupon for a in store purchase only during a pandemic. I decided to go into the store today to see if they would still honor the coupon as I wanted to purchase a $1000.00 gazebo. They told me they would not be willing to honor the coupon as it expired 2 weeks ago. The fact that they did not make an effort to make this right is what really disappoints me. If you’re going to Home Depot and you don’t need ANY assistance or even to ask a question......you could be ok. If you need to ask for assistance......go to Lowe’s where customer service is MUCH BETTER.
Employees are very helpful with their knowledge and customer service needs.
