I was transferred 12 times and on hold for 28 minutes when I called to see if you had a remote for a garage door opener in stock. After I got transferred back to a person that had already transferred me 3 times, I gave up. So sorry, I will have to take my business elsewhere because you are not able to assist customers on the phone or have an option for a customer to see if a product is available in your store on your website.
Extremely disappointed in the service by Lila in the paint department. We just spent $150 to stain our deck. I'll admit the original color of stain we chose was not the best color. We took it back to Home Depot to have it retinted. Lila assured us it was not a problem. Because of her inexperience, we went from stain being a blonde color, to pink, to orange, to salmon.
