Got help when I needed it.little high But friendly worker's
2nd time here this week and the last time!! Love the store but the employees are so RUDE and lazy!! I'm talking about in the garden center went to get 20 more bags of Scott's woodchips and got no help to top it off I'm handicap just a bad experience still waiting and they are running me all over watching me drive around like a fool waiting for my wood chips! Thanks Home Depot for the hassle free shopping trip! NOT!!

Well...other than going for a gallon of the "INCREDIBLE" Behr paint....& hours later finally out. :) This is typical when I take my great dane boy in shopping at these wonderful "pet friendly" stores. Love the Home Depot for many of their products and the quality of lumber. Always a pleasant visit at the Kentwood location. :)
Plants being sold here have been treated with pesticides that are known to wipe out bee colonies. Totally irresponsible!
It was my first time going to Home Depot. An older gentleman named Michael assisted me finding everything I needed to make a shelf and I was very grateful. The cashier Bret was nice too. I'll be completing an online survey as well.
Went for a front door seen my floor I want 10 box's for 150 reg 650. And my door was 95.00 best deal I found will shop there again
Asked someone to help carry out a fire pit to my truck. My dad's 67 years old and I had carpal tunnel surgery. I opened the tailgate for him and instead he slides it over the edge of the truck and sets it down on its side and pushed it forward to fall. I wanted it towards the tailgate because reachIng it was virtually impossible and I have a rubber bed liner, and sliding anything isn't exactly easy.
Bill at customer service was so helpful. After some big house projects I had a pile full of receipts and a cart full of unused items to return. He made the process stress free! Always appreciate the staff here.
