Every time I come here I get frustrated. The staff is so unhelpful and just lacks product knowledge in general. I live right by here and literally have to drive by the store to get to Menards. I tried again today, same thing! Waste of time.
Wow! Thanks Home Depot for making me as a woman feeling terribly incompetent and acting like it was completely an inconvenience to actually do your job that you get paid. I asked 2 simple questions, 1st being "hey guys can you move the ladder so that I can actually get to the wrench sockets, and 2nd being "do you have a 17mm socket thing" like WTF was so hard with that!!?? So I just want to thank Chris for it being that hard to help someone because I pulled you away from counting engine oil ...
Plenty of helpful folks in the store. The placement and child sized bike rack could easily be improved.
I took a DIY class this evening to make rope shelves, and Steve S. did an awesome job with the 3 of us there for it! Instead of just having us watch him, he let us get our supplies and make it there with him. I'm so glad we took this class and definitely would do more based on tonight! Thanks again Steve S!

Just a shout out and huge thank you to three employees that helped my friend and me last night at closing time. Joe Mancuso, who personally brought an oversized ladder in his truck for us and a very friendly, helpful cashier , who gave us discounts and a ladder expert , who offered to coat up and assist in the cold.
