Tried to make a return to the store and the clerk AND the manager refused to take my military ID as a form of identification, stating that they have to have a license number to put in their “system.” I recently moved and had lost my license. I have over $500 worth of extra renovation supplies to return and they refused to take my return without a drivers license? Come on Home Depot...
Tyrone has always helped me personally and several of the companies I work for. He is helpful and takes time to find anything I have ever needed. Great guy and a the reason we keep coming to your store!
I was very disappointed with the lack of service! I couldn’t find anyone to help me! The only employee I found was in paint. He paged someone and nobody showed up. So after 10 min of waiting I left and went to Menards!
Exceptionally poor customer service- your customer service desk is routinely rude and unhelpful, your garden cashiers did not even bother to respond to questions during check out, your forklift operator in the parking lot made rude gestures and yelled at customers from their vehicles. We loaded all of our dirt/mulch ourselves with nobody there to assist or even look at the receipt to track what was being loaded. Poor, poor, poor service and attitudes. Unlike most reviews, I have always received adequate service. I was however disconcerted when the cashier who rang up my purchase could not count change back without the help of the register. Scary!
