Very unorganized and it’s never their fault, they make excuses. It never fails when in order online they say there internet is slow or they didn’t get the order. Very frustrating. I agree internet is a huge problem. Fix it then .
Poor customer service!!!!
I recently went to the garden center, I understand the protocol for safety in these times, but really, garden center directs you to the main entrance, understood, but the line is fifteen people long with spring merchandise and only one cashier. I walked over to two ladies talking with another employee, and said, there’s Aline of fifteen people and only cashier, what’s the problem. I’m appalled. Spent thousands of dollars on flooring and the Crew2 installers just cannot be bothered to show up when they’re supposed to. Home Depot will say they’re not Home Depot employees, but they contracted them - it’s their reputation on the line!

well it took forever to get a door put in since there seems to be one installer in the area. first appointment had to be canceled. so we got pushed back two weeks. we were called the morning of that it was cancelled. We had everything ready to go for it. The guy came and put it in. He damaged some of it. Now we have to wait another three weeks for them to fix because they only have one installer. The installer never told me he damaged it. I will not buy another door to be put in from Home Depot again.
Reenie at customer service was excellent help. When customer service for the home depot credit card was unable to correct a billing issue, Reenie called customer service from the store and was able to get everything corrected for me.
Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent in-stock throughout the store. Great management team running the store.
