For the second time in less than a week, we had another miserable encounter with one of your employees at the Myrtle Beach store. The man was rude and offered little assistance before simply dismissing us. We never did find what we were looking for, so we left the store - disappointed and frustrated...again. After our last complaint, we received a call from a manager who promised to make things right - he didn't, and in fact, made it worst by making empty promises. We shop in Home Depot a lot, in fact my husband worked in a Home Depot for a short time...and this home Depot has the worst sales team ever..they're to busy bullshittng with each other and don't care to help the customers...and the women who said it was her department and knew everything sent me home with the wrong bit entirely...so my husband had to go back and exchange it...most Depot stores the salespeople just hide from you, this one they just blantenly ignore you..
