So I took the two pieces that I needed to connect in order to get my rig the way I needed it into this Home Depot and after talking to two other associates the second guy turned me on to Jimmy who was the third guy I spoke to. It took a couple of times to figure out the right solution but Jimmy wanted to help and he did! I was able to get my situation resolved and set up a temporary jerry-rigged bracket until I can order the right piece which is only available online. I was at the Myrtle Beach store today picking up a large order of flooring and was treated horribly.. the guy at the pro desk completely ignored me and just stood there staring at his computer and refused to say anything or even look at me !!! I own a flooring business and bought thousands of dollars of materials there. I will never by anything else there again!!! Very rude lady at the contractor pickup register also. Just left there after going to get mulch that needed to go down today. All and I mean all mulch was blocked off so they could work on a light. I waited a half hour and did some other shopping in the store. Went back and still can’t get to mulch. After explaining my situation, not one employee offered to help despite 4 guys watching a crane lift the light out. Once the light was out, I can’t understand why nobody could help me out. I’m sure they are much much more helpful at Lowe’s.
Had an issue with paint and not getting a discount after applying for a charge card. Called and asked to speak to a manager expecting the worst, Margie answered and quickly corrected the problems and treated me with such kindness that I met her at the store the next day and bought more paint. The deck looks great, I will always give Her credit for being customer friendly.
This Home Depot volunteered and came to St. Andrew Catholic School to help our students with a STEM project! They came prepared and did a fantastic job! Thank you for sharing your time and expertise with us!
