From checking stock and helping my mom,sister and I load and rearrange all of our items that we already had in vehicle. Horrible customer service. Waited for 45 mins for something they have in stock (service desk checked) to walk out empty handed... no one could get the product from the back?! A bunch of workers just walking around....Smh.
CARPET CARPET CARPET .....stay away even with 5 day carpet they postpone postpone and postpone your carpet . I just moved into a new home and we are allergic to whatever is in the carpet even after desperately wanting the life time carpet we sucked it up went with a 5 day and yet again postponed and now they are telling me over 30 days possible 20 if they got it today .... Saturday went to store they looked into it and I got a no reason carpet is in will call you Monday to update ...
Horrible place to buy appliances. Salesperson set the wrong delivery date and they won’t do anything to fix the issue.
I was there today to purchase a washer and dryer and once again they play around with offering the veterans discount. Every time I go there it’s a different policy. I told the guy, double check because Lowe’s will give me your price and accept veterans discount. Guess what?? You let me walk out the door!! I spent my $1,300 across the street. I hate that the store doesn’t honor or know how they want to honor the veterans discount. I was at the register with the item rung in.
