I had a horrible experience when purchasing multiple appliances from Home Depot. They outsource their delivery and that was most of the problem. Installer left knowing refrigerator was not working properly. I kept the other appliances and cancelled the refrigerator. Took two weeks for them to pick up their refrigerator. In the mean time I went to a local store Jeff Lynch, and purchased the same refrigerator which was delivered and installed in 4 days. If I could give it a 0 I would. Their delivery service and store do not coordinate at all. Because of their error, our family will be without a stove for 2 weeks. Even the store manager couldn't fix the situation. And no apologies from the last person that called me to tell me that they were able to arrange to get the stove delivered this coming Saturday- meaning they were unable to do anything for my family at all. I've never had a problem with this place until today. I purchased almost $1,000 worth of new windows on 11/26 and forgot to bring my 10% off coupon at time of purchase. I didn't get another chance to come back until today (12/2) to get my 10% refunded back to me. The coupon was valid from 11/23-11/29. Again, I purchased on 11/26 and the manager on duty would not approve to give me my 10% off the purchase price. That's almost $100 that I had planned on spending while in the store today, but instead I walked out unsatisfied.
I went in today for some paint and supplies. (I know nothing about paint) Had stopped elsewhere and left overwhelmed. Nobody tried to help me and I had walk over to the counter to ask questions. I decided to swing by Home Depot on my way home just to see what they had and compare prices. always a good time at home depot.. just always busy meaning they are doing something right.. we needed salt for our water system the guy i asked did not just say where it was he walk us to the salt and help load in the shopping cart.. ..
