Worst delivery experience ever. On 12/20 two individuals from R and D delivered and installed a DW. I needed to walk out to the garage where the assembly was taking place and noticed they took the installation off. I asked for it to be replaced and was told if I wanted it on I would need to put it back. When leaving with the old DW they left a trail of water all the way out to the truck and didn't offer to clean.
Love the kids workshop every 1rst Saturday.
The employees at this store are AMAZING!!!! I needed to have a screen replaced on a door (a house that I was visiting, I'm not from this area). The employees, Ben and Michael H, went out of their way to help me and show me how to fix the door. The store manager, Steve, was very supportive of them helping me. Such a great group of employees going out of their way to help a customer when they did not have to. Best Home Depot I have EVER been to!!!!!
I love my local Home Depot! Customer service is always very nice and helpful! And my sweet baby loves Home Depot too! He loves the tractors and the tools and he likes to “try out” the sinks in the store. We visit there often, and sometimes we take our dog too!
Veterans - in SC you can have the word "veteran" on your drivers license by showing the DMV a copy of your DD214 discharge paper. All businesses that give a military discount had recognized this as a valid form of identifying you as a veteran. Home Depot has recognized that until I tried to use it today. The Simpsonville store told me only VA issued IDs can now be accepted. I don't have a VA issued ID since I don't get VA healthcare. This is not a problem at Lowe's so I'll only do future home improvement shopping at Lowe's. ... read more
The service that I have received at Home Depot here In Simpsonville has been wonderful. Unlike in Florida where the associates hide from you, these associates greet you and offer their assistance right away. Bravo Home Depot!
Home depot did it again! After several years of recieving military discount. The woman at the service desk told my husband that they would not honor his VA card because it does not say service connected under his picture! So I guess because he is not a disabled Veteran (which is why it would say service connected) Home depot does not view him or his 17 years in the military as a Veteran!
