Could not get anyone who wanted to sell me a washer. Disappointing
I lost count of the employees I passed that did NOT ask me if I needed help, or even ACKNOWLEDGE me as any person in a sales position should. The one employee who did answer my question was rude and again did not even ask me if I needed help after standing in the isle looking for something and then proceeds to be rude!
I went there needing help tying down mattresses I had just purchased and an employee named Daniel came out and helped me with no questions asked. He was very friendly and I so appreciate his help!
I cant help it, you go in the store and I never find anyone in hardware or plumbing. I went in last week and 4 people behind the counter, one in garden and one in lights....no one else. Oh you see them but they disappear and you get no help. That new store will open soon and i'll see how well they do and maybe I'll be happy then.
Home depot Clarksville rocks my socks off, then back on!
