no service lazy works that tell you they don't have it to get out of work and you look around and find it asked for manager and stood half a hour and never showed up
WoW!!! Just found out Home Depot in Clarksville, Indiana, does NOT give Military discounts!!!! Two or three years we got it for a refrigerator, and now, we are purchasing a stove and they said NO Veteran Discount!!! Well, I Was a loyal customer.... no more!!! I guess we’ll go to Lowe’s, they give 10% discount to Veterans!!!
Had a very rude greeter today. I will not visit the Clarksville Indiana store again. I would rather spend my money where it is appreciated and I am treated kindly.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from Home Depot!!! I bought a new GE washer and dryer and the dryer lasted two loads before it quit. I only had the dryer 2 days!! After we spent hours on the phone with them giving us the run around they seem to think it's perfectly fine for us to be stuck with the junk they sold us and it will be 2 more weeks before they can get their junk and for us to get another set! This Home Depot is terrible and no one seems to know anything about anything. We’ve never had a good experience here and this morning was one of the worst! We went to rent a machine from the tool department last week and we were told they don’t take reservations. Then when we showed up this morning to get it, they told us we couldn’t rent it because someone had called and reserved it?! The manager didn’t seem to care to help or make it right. Definitely sticking with Lowe’s from now on!
Train cashiers to be friendlier to the customers.
I hate the Orange Big Box Home Improvement store, but sometimes I forget and stumble back in there only to quickly remember that their customer service SUCKS! This time 2 no shows for carpet measuring and I am now giving my $ to a local family owned business.
