Service isn’t what it once was. I waited over a half hour to be attended. I asked for help from one of the cashiers she never called anyone and she saw we were patiently waiting. But someone came and gave her a break and she walked away. I then asked the next person for assistance in the carpenters area. The plants in the greenhouse are in terrible condition. They are always severely overwatered and one entire display was dead. :(
Poor customer service. I bought a product at the is store and noticed it was 20% cheaper at another store. After 2 attempts to make it right with customer service, I was basically told to return the item to Clarksville and go buy it from the other store at the cheaper price...
we bought a grill on 6/4. went to use it on 6/7 for the 1st time and there was no cooking racks. IT WAS A DISPLAY cuz they had none left in store. i called store and guy told me i could being it back for a refund and he would give me $25 off another grill. if u put the grill together in the store then u should have the cooking rack for my grill. we paid $180 for this grill. i tried to see if i could just order the part for the grill and nothing pops up for it. so i think its a discontinued model. im beyond pissed off about t... read more
Used curbside pickup due to Coronavirus pandemic. Was given wrong item. When I got home and realized this, they told me to return inside store. I told them no, for obvious reasons. I asked if they could order the correct item, and they said no. It was my problem to replace the item as they were out of stock..... are you kidding me?
