A bad place to work as well, the new manager and dep head are making the place go down hill.
Service is horrible. Waited for a salesperson for over 15 mins and was never acknowledged. Left and got a better appliance at a competitor. Honestly don't know why I keep going to Home Depot.
We purchased carpet specifically for the "72 hour installation" guarantee they have advertised. The verification email had the incorrect date listed. After several calls to both Home Depot AND Romanoff Renovations (the installation company they use), we were told in a nutshell “sorry about your luck”. There was nothing they would do to install our carpet in the AGREED UPON 72 hours. Needless to say, we’re without carpet.
