It seems like there is always not enough employees and some of the customer service suck
Well today I was suppose to have a Refrigerator deliverd. I also went in Saturday and purchased a washer. Asked if it could be delivered on Tuesaday with the refrigerator. The salesmen (by the way was very outstanding) said could not guarantee the washer could make it on Tuesaday s delivery but I watched him add the note to the order to see if at all possiable to have them deliver today or if not the washer on Wed. Well took 4 hours off work today. Had someone come sit the rest of the day guess what. No delivery. Got the run... read more
No employees around to ask a question. The employee we did find not oly had no snswer, but wasn't thoughtful enough to find someone who could help. Unfriendly service, dirty enviroment, and as a bonus I had the privilege of removing the security tag myself, after I found the tool of course. The employee (same one as above mentioned ) just walked away in aconfused state. The entire management team should be fired. It's by far the worst store home Depot has in the area.
I'm in the Pro customer program and they tell me if I spend $1,500 they entered in bidroom and I get some materials either at cost or on average 15% discount. I spent $2,300 and my total discount was 45 bucks. What a rip off. Why even be inrolled in their program. You make a customer spend more money and don't save them anything.
I only rated it this way because of the lack of effort that goes into unbundling the lumber. I had a three-quarter inch staple go through my palm as I was picking through the 2x12's. This didn't really make my shopping experience.
